RECIPE INDONESIAN HOMEMADE FRIED RICE

Fried rice is one of the indonesian national food. You can find fried rice in all street food, hotel and restaurant all over Indonesia. Recently fried rice become popular in another country. Fried rice is full tasty. There are many kind of fried rice, egg fried rice, chicken fried rice, mawut fried rice, sea food fried rice, vegetable fried rice, pete fried rice, anchovy fried rice, tration fried rice etc. About the recipe depend on the chef itself. Some fried rice cook with cuisine spices like other chinese food or javanese spices.
I like to make simple recipe when cook fried rice in my own kitchen, with simple spices. Here we go:
You needs :
1. Cooked rice (250 gr)
2. Oil /margarin (2 tbsp)
3. Onion (2 cloves)
4. Garlic (4 cloves)
5. Chily pepper (3 pieces)
6. Salt (1/2 tsp)
Aditional ingredients
1. Cabbages (50 gr)
2. Egg (1 piece)
3. Chickend (50 gr)
Steps :
1. Chop the onions, garlics, chily and chickend. Do not mix them.
2. Slice the cabbages.
3. Take a pan, turn on the stove in medium fire.
4. Pour cooking oil or margarin into the pan when in become heat.
5. Put the garlics and stir a moment, put the onion and chily pepper. Stir until you can smell the spices.
6. Put the chickend on the pan anda stir. If the chicken change the color you can pour the egg. Keep on scrambling the egg.
7. Pour the rice and mix all ingredients. Pour the salt. And stir.
8. Taste the fried rice and add the ingredients that you need.
9. Fried rice ready to served.
